| In order to deliver results at the elite level we employ a group of
coaches who are proven junior developers. Each of our coaches have a
proven track record of developing elite national caliber players. Our
coaches are dedicated to the development of their students and are
involved in players' development both on and off the tennis court. Our
coaches devote large amounts of professional and personal time to our
players. The staff works and plans with the Montana Tennis Academy
Fitness Professionals so that the academy players have the strength and
fitness to successfully compete.

For over thirty-five years Francisco has been involved in every aspect of
tennis - from player to coach to club operator to tennis parent.
As a junior he was nationally ranked several years; in college he was
"All S.E.C." while at The University of Florida; as an adult player he
was twice ranked No. 1 in Florida in the men's 25 & over division, and
earned high senior national rankings. It is in his teaching
accomplishments, though, where most of his recognition resides.
Francisco has helped develop three national champions, later
tour-professionals, (sons Pablo and Francisco III, and Mary Jo
Fernandez), and more than 50 of this area's top ranked juniors. Perhaps
it is the intricate combination of this experience - successful player,
coach, club operator, tennis parent, that has helped him earn the
recognition as one of the nation's most knowledgeable and effective
teaching professionals.
